    I still haven't received my confirmation that it has been proccessed.
Not very impressed by that at all.  I'm sure the cd will be great...it would
be nice however if the company handling the orders was a little more timely.
Very unprofessional.

Agreed. When I emailed them, they didn't even seem to care, nor did they 
make any effort to ease my anger at them taking their time. It really sucks 
that these are the ONLY people who carry this CD.

at least one of my e-mails were from Rena Petrucci <email_address_removed> .
i wonder if the CDs are sitting in John's basement? not that it's an
excuse. i do get aggravated when it takes so long to do something as
simple as get a CD to me that i've paid for. oh well, at least now i
have it.

i've had time to listen to the CD once. there are definitey a couple of
beast tracks; can't wait to spend more time with it this weekend.
