Then Keith Sudano was fed up with P2P networks and thought what was the use in releasing an album when it would be downloaded for free right after its release. I may be paraphrasing, but hopefully am not to inaccurate with what was reported. So basically, the follow up album to the Edge will never see the light of day as Keith Sudano went to pursue further education in hypnotherapy, if I remember correctly. The problem with the progressive scene for the most part is this...... If you're doing covers (i.e. - you) MOST people expect what THEY feel is a hit. If you're doing originals, MOST people expect you to sound EXACTLY like your influences. I only say most people, because I do see a nice crowd for Money For The Toll and Visions (Damon's awesome band). It could just be bigger if people would think outside the box every now and then and expose themselves to something new that doesn't sound exactly like everything else. And....as for Visions.......they do a very nice selection of Dream Theater as well! -------------------------------1100456507 ---YTSEJAM FILTER: Rest of message skipped because of attachment ------------------------------ End of YTSEJAM Digest 7021 ************************** === Contributions to ytsejam: ytsejam@torchsong.com === === Send requests to: ytsejam-request@torchsong.com === === More information at: http://www.dreamt.org/local/ytsejam.php === === Brought by the ghost of ytsejam@arastar.coms past === === Reach the owner of this list at: ytsejam-owner@torchsong.com ===
