I would have loved to have gone to all those shows. So now, back to the nostalgia fest. BTW, I have been on the list since '98, and will return to my usual lurking. ==== "There is no worse tyranny than to force a man to pay for what he does not want merely because you think it would be good for him." -- Robert Heinlein __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Drum upstate. It happened to be the Home for the Holidays tour, and I got us tickets for the Long Island show through ticketmaster. I did stand in line in freezing cold (luckily, just wind, no snow, ice or rain) at the Malibu. After the line started getting long, I finally asked when a doorman came out and he said "will-call, right here, here you go. Go on inside." Sweet. At the recent SFO show at the Warfield, however, they made us go inside to get the will call tickets, and then go to the BACK of the line to get in. Wth? The Glass Prison 2. The Mirror 3. Lie 4. Peruvian Skies 5. War inside My Head 6. The Test that Stumped Them All 7. The Great Debate 8. Home 9. Pull Me under / Master of Puppets So a quite metal-influenced show, probably because it was a metal festival with Slayer, Machine Head, etc. The beginning of Glass Prison is an audience recording and a bit poor in sound quality, but the rest of the show is good. Not a mind-blowing show, but OK. > What do you guys think the next one will be? I'm hoping WD&DU bootleg from the LA show.. :) ------------------------------ Date: 13 Apr 2004 19:57:27 +0100 From: Graham Borland To: Ytsejam Subject: Live In Tokyo / 5 Years In A LIVEtime" DVD release Message-ID: From dt.net: Finally, after years of waiting, the first two Dream Theater Home Videos will be re-issued together on DVD.
