They were my favorite act at Powermad '98 despite their technical difficulties. I'm looking forward to each bandmember's new endeavors, whatever they may be. Thanks for the great music and being a bunch of great guys. Hopefully we'll get to hear some other ventures from bandmembers... -The Doc 0. I must say I like Electric Skies MUCH better than their other releases, they are all strong discs with great production and excellent musicianship. I hope we haven't heard the last of the guitarist or bassist either, because they're great! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rick Audet" To: "Multiple recipients of list" Sent: Saturday, September 20, 2003 12:33 AM Subject: EVENT calls it quits > > Thanks to Jax for bringing this to my attention tonight during her show on > Ytseradio. > > http://tpom.com/pmboard/wwwbb_msg.php?m=116876 > > I'd like to say I have always thought EVENT was quite possibly the most > innovative band out there.
