Speaking of Argentine bands, check out "Rata Blanca."  They may still be producing records.  Favorite neoclassical song is "Preludio Obsesivo" aka "Capricho Arabe".  Reminds me of Jason Becker, or Uli Jon Roth.
Another great song, "SueC1o de la Gitana," simply kicks ass.  Good melody.  Very nice guitar solo.  Decent singing.
