Message-ID: <002201c315bd$7a2df3e0$3c21fea9@METROPOLIS> I have to second this recommendation for A.C.T.. I had heard two of their songs (Manipulator and Mr. Landlord) in heavy rotation at ProgRock.com, and when I found their latest album "Last Epic" for only $15.99 at www.nehrecords.com, I took a gamble and bought it. Boy am I glad I did, I haven't stopped listening to it since. It's a mixture of Queen, Saga, Dream Theater, 70s Styx, Genesis, quite a stew :) Go check out ProgRock.com and request a few of their songs, I think you guys will like them. http://www.actworld.nu http://www.nehrecords.com http://www.progrock.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Rick Barkhouse "Such advancement, yet lacking the control..." - Symphony X ---YTSEJAM FILTER: Rest of message skipped because of attachment ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 9 May 2003 02:27:20 -0400 From: "Danny Huckabee" To: ytsejam@torchsong.com Subject: Atlanta Date Cancelled Message-ID: Paul Cashman said:
"Apparently the Atlanta date at the Tabernacle scheduled for July 1 has
been cancelled, as of a few days ago.    Dunno why.  :(

Last I checked Mike P.'s site was still showing it, but Ticketmaster had
removed it (if it was ever on there).  Pollstar still shows it, but
they're not known for taking shows down too quickly.

I'll have my spies check with the Tabernacle and Clear Channel and see
what's up."

It was taken off the DT site also.  The only one....has a line going straight through it. I was sooooo bummed.  But hey, at least I got my Progpower ticket.  :)
