I pre-ordered it off the site and I still don't have it... ------------------------------ Date: 18 Feb 2003 10:25:18 -0500 From: Ryan P Skadberg To: Ytsejam Mailing List Subject: Stuff ... Message-ID: First off, it is NOT my fault that it snowed so much. Logan Airport here is reporting 27.5", though they are saying only 18 or so downtown. Can't wait to go attempt to dig my car out without a shovel :( Second, hopefully I am getting caught up to the point where you will see more and more postings from me. Just got caught up in work and life and other stuff, but am now digging out most of it and getting life back to something like a normal schedule. Third, OSI disc is amazing. Trying to figure out if I am going to brave the snow to go get the Extended Edition today or if I should just order it online. I love the Kevin influence, it has totally gotten me back in to Chroma Key. I do worry though that people who did not really like Chroma Key will not enjoy the disc so much. I guess we will see over the next few days as the reviews roll in. Fourth, anyone have an email address for Brian Carrol? He used to be email_address_removed (as well as other places). I noticed mail to him is bouncing and am thinking about pulling his aliases, but want to see if anyone keeps in touch with him first. He doesn't seem to be on the list from what I can see in the subscriber file. Fifth, in the next couple of days, I am going to do a big cleanup of all the bad addresses on the jam. If you get a message that you have been un-subscribed, but it is in error, just re-subscribe. Sometimes I see a bunch of false positives and unsub people that aren't supposed to be unsubbed. SO...we are using pails and buckets..we dump the snow in a plastic sled and add that to the already 4ft plus of snow in our tiny front yards. not all the cars in our community are dug out...no more places to put snow! I've got a few feet infront of the car dug out..but still can't pull her out yet. hey but at least you HAVE a car to dig out! ;) Coldie Ryan P Skadberg wrote: > > First off, it is NOT my fault that it snowed so much. O.S.I. Message-ID: We were just talking about this same topic over on the Symphony X mailing list (email_address_removed) I have not been a fan of Kevin Moore's post-DT material at all. My old Kevin Moore cassettes from the Ytsejam tape trading tree have collected much dust over the years. However, listening to the OSI material I enjoyed it very much. So I'm looking forward to digging out the old KevMo stuff to re-listen to it and give it another chance. Odds are more favorable now than before (for me, at least)..
