It's very close to East Croydon station, 15-20 minutes from Victoria station by train, and well-positioned for Gatwick airport. I'm staying 3 nights at #43 a night, which is bloody good for anywhere in SE England. I have no connection with the place, nor have I ever been there, but it's a respectable chain, I suppose. 2) Saw a mention of this on Krimson News yesterday, and I thought you'd appreciate it, those of you into the less famous progressive bands. A couple of Italian nutters are producing a Rock Opera, or should that be Prog Opera, and have convinced some interesting people to get involved as singers, including Daniel Gildenlow (Pain of Salvation), Lana Lane, Oliver Hartmann (Atvance), Steve Walsh (Kansas), and John Wetton (hence the Krimson Konnection). All the poop at http://www.geniusrockopera.com/ . Message-ID: Just my 2 cents... you could go to about any music store and get Dream Theater CDs.. no need to mail order. Now for other progressive rock/metal CDs...yeah I'd order those. I'm considering ordering some CDs from Metal Mayhem, cos I'm too busy/lazy/don't work close enough to Utopia and I hate it when the CDs I want aren't in. I noticed, while browsing their online catalogue, that they don't list any Dream Theater CDs. I find this very curious :P Does anyone know why they don't have any? Also, I've never ordered from here before, does anyone have any good or bad comments about mail ordering from these guys?
