I am a big DT fan from Slovenia and also a professional photographer. You can see some photos from other concerts like Metallica, Page&Plant, Iron Maiden and many others. You are warmly welcome to www.janez-pelko.com Regards, Janez ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 06 Dec 2001 06:31:12 -0600 From: Michael & Pamela Nazer To: ytsejam Subject: thanks mauricio Message-ID: > I don't have a clue as why you can't access the site.... it is > http://www.progfreaks.com .....that simple....but i can't figure out why you > can't reach it. have you tried typing the addy in your browser? i'm outta > ideas Pam! i can't give you an exact link to the interview, 'cause all that > appears when you surf the site is the base address. > i may have to email the webmaster and report this, 'cause i dunno if that is > normal too.... I somehow missed the window (didn't expect it to sell out in HOURS, go me) and I'm really bummed. I was wondering if there is a possibility that there are tickets to be had anyplace yet, or if their "sold out" sign means that indeed it is sold out, and not with some reserves at the box office. Thanks for the info! Alex __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? You got it, this is the more balls and chunk than everything DT has ever done!! Complex yet fluid rhythms, weird structures, experimental licks from JM and fast prog-thrash riffs. >Blind Faith [edit] - My fave of the 3, killer vocal melodies >and this is only an edit. Can't wait to hear the full version. This song is pure magic, one of my favorite performances of James ever because of the melodies. Jordan also is using some patches that are extremely beautiful (who needs Kevin?). The solo is killer too, you can really feel the band as an ensemble and it reminds me a lot of LTE. And Mike just JAMS in this one, he's so natural (as in these other songs) nowadays. Great sample of what's coming, I love the fact that DT's doing some really catchy chorus again, like in Take The Time. >Misunderstood [edit] - Again can't say too much about an edit, >but this is not too bad, a ballad, again great vocal melodies >and some nice stuff going on from JP. I really like this song, but the edit version sounds that something is missing. Let's wait for the final version... Well, what's more important: they're within my expectations for this album, WOOHOO!! :) []'s Cassiano ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 6 Dec 2001 21:42:44 -0500 From: Jeff Gutenberg To: ytsejam@torchsong.com Subject: Re: King Crimson + recommendations Message-ID: Hey all... I'd like to second the recommendation of Grey Matter. They really are amazing, very much like an instrumental version Dream Theater, but not a clone of DT or Liquid Tension Experiment. I just received "Long Distance Singer...", their debut album, a few days ago from www.kinesiscd.com and I've hardly listened to much else since. Great stuff! -- Jeff :^) This E-mail has been brought you by Mac OS X Mail. > Sun, 2 Dec 2001 16:59:56 -0500 > From: "Rob Pociluk" > To: ytsejam@torchsong.com > Subject: Re: King Crimson + recommendations > Message-ID: > > > Yes! I'm excited to hear more of the album when it comes out in January (and when I see them in London)! michele ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cassiano P.
