Only 4 months away (plus 1 - 2 months for delays)... :-) I think I need to put on lsfny to celebrate. BTW, I finally got the new Braindance CD. If you liked "Fear Itself" there's a good chance you'll like the new one, "Redemption." The powerful vocals and cool, gothic, atmospheric music are present again as is the guitar of Vora Vor. The melodies perhaps aren't quite as consistently good as on "Fear Itself" and they went overboard with the sampled sounds. I still like "Fear Itself" better, but Redepmption is growing on me. Its a national, or at least i think national, music fraternity. The reason i ask is that their logo is almost identical to the Majesty logo. Anybody know if thats where they got the idea, or if some of them were Sinfonia brothers? I am so damn bummed out now. I was in Best Buy today picking up the live Queensryche and the new King's X when I saw that they had "Break Out Artist" signs in the Dream Theater section, and the sale price card for LSfNY, but no CDs in the bin... Just thought it was interesting that they are getting noticed a bit... ~Michael Kizer < email_address_removed > < ICQ # 2070538 > "Enter ivory gates through midnight skies..." ~ http://www.ivorygate.com >>> Fates Warning ~ Island In The Stream <<< >>> Dream Theater and Kevin Moore "Unofficial" Song Books <<< >>> Underground Internet Radio at: http://www.ytseradio.com <<< ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 25 Sep 2001 22:33:45 -0400 From: "michele moran" To: Subject: Re: New Dream Theater Album Info Message-ID: <002201c14633$ae941020$a525fc9e@ivan> > Dream Theater - Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence > > The new album will be a 2CD Set consisting of Six songs: "The Glass > Prison", "Blind Faith", "Misunderstood", "The Great Debate", "Disappear" > and the entire 2nd CD will consist of the 40- minute title track "Six > Degrees of Inner Turbulence" hmmm.. "The Great Debate" could also serve as an alternate title to this mailing list -- especially with the recent and rehashed discussions that have been cropping up of late. ;-) Michele ====== "Life does not cease to be funny when people die, any more than it ceases to be serious when people laugh." -- George Bernard Shaw www.johndoe.org/evadedcadence ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 26 Sep 2001 13:50:30 +0400 From: "Sergey Shilov" To: , Subject: want some links Message-ID: <001e01c14671$ba3886c0$a3893bd5@guest> hi guys. does anyone know where to get some images (photos) of dt and their side projects ? send me a link if you know. if anyone also have a site dedicated to dt send me it's address. sergey shilov email: sergeyshilov@yandex.ru email_address_removed.ru www: http://deadman.by.ru/ http://dreamtheater.by.ru/ ------------------------------ End of YTSEJAM Digest 5974 ************************** === Contributions to ytsejam: ytsejam@torchsong.com === === Send requests to: ytsejam-request@torchsong.com === === Brought by the ghost of ytsejam@arastar.coms past === === Reach the owner of this list at: ytsejam-owner@torchsong.com ===
