Message-ID: I re-joined the Ytsejam list after a year sabbatical fromit, but I notice it seems slightly less populated, desolate and almost sounding the tones of it's final breathe of life... now, this could just be my temporary ignorance on any recent observations that have come to light before my being ushered into the NEW Ytseja, but I seem to think otherwise... Any reasons for this? I mean, DT and progressive music in general still exist, probably at a more prolific rate than ever, but still, the amount of postings and issuings of the list seem to have decreased dramatically. Oh well... I know when I get home from work in the evenings I don't mess with the computer until near bedtime.. But other than that, it's just a slow time on the lists.. It's like saying the guys I played with in High School - Peter Best (Rising Power) and Adam Barbasso (Inner Sanctum) - were the original guitar players for DT! >< Damn, don't even name your child Peter Best. They just always seem to be a step behind. --part1_75.1853402c.2896f473_boundary ---YTSEJAM FILTER: Rest of message skipped because of attachment ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 30 Jul 2001 13:35:10 EDT From: email_address_removed To: ytsejam@torchsong.com Subject: Re: Whats the 411 on this list? And to be honest, they're ebtter than the ytsejam ever was. no flame wars at all. --part1_108.353a4ad.2896f4ce_boundary ---YTSEJAM FILTER: Rest of message skipped because of attachment ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 30 Jul 2001 13:42:29 -0500 From: "Souter, Jan-Michael" To: "'ytsejam@torchsong.com'" Subject: RE: Whats the 411 on this list? The radio station I work for got in a promo Ep not the full length. She is on the cover with short black hair. The songs on there are "97 Bonnie and Clyde", "Heart of Gold". The 97B&C song is really weird. She speaks throughout the song. There is no singing. Heart of Gold is a Neil Young cover. Both songs are with a full band not just piano. Just sounds like everything else to me but don't take my word for it Thorin ---YTSEJAM FILTER: Rest of message skipped because of attachment ------------------------------ End of YTSEJAM Digest 5917 ************************** === Contributions to ytsejam: ytsejam@torchsong.com === === Send requests to: ytsejam-request@torchsong.com === === Brought by the ghost of ytsejam@arastar.coms past === === Reach the owner of this list at: ytsejam-owner@torchsong.com ===
