Well, you definitely couldn't get any worse than Risk (or in my eyes, Youthanasia--man I hated that CD), and it's not bad or anything, but it's nothing different than what you'd expect from Megadeth, with a couple of exceptions. Above average, but that's about it. PLEASE do not overpsych yourself, or you WILL be disappointed.
