I wanna ask a question to jammers who attended a Paris show on the 25th of June. Luckily, I got one tape recorded "Once in a LIVEtime"CD from my e-mail friend so as to write its review for his Unofficial Japanese DT webpages. I have listened to it twice. And I wondered HY on it might be taken from a Rotterdam fan club gig, not from that Paris show... Because HY on it is including a sax. As far as I remember, DT played HY with a guest sax player in Rotterdam for sure. But I don't think they played this tune with him in Paris... I was really dying while seeing a Paris gig because there was packed with a bunch of people inside. I was too tired(at that time)to remember a Paris show so much. If anyone remember a Paris show, please tell me if they played HY including a sax in Paris or not. And If yes, does anybody know why they recorded HY Rotterdam show version for this live album? The quality is FAR superior to RA's (RealAudio), but the files are much smaller than Wave (.wav) files (like 1/12th the size or something like that....). I recently bought the Japanese version of "The kindest of strangers" with "Into the light" featured as a bonus track. The song is really different from other 7 tracks; it reminds me of old Deep Purple. Is it from 1997 sessions or was it recorded earlier? And another question: how's "Beware of Darkness" compared to "The kindest of strangers"? Sorry for NDTC. I'll appreciate if someone could answer. Take care, Volodya.
