You can still make copies of the games, but Not true at all. The black discs are like that becuase then they look like playstation disks. The color has nothing to do with the copy protection. When a playstation disc is burned they actually burn bad blocks into the disc, which can only be done with the really expensive mass burners they have. When a playstation boots up one of the first thing it does is check to see if those bad blocks are there on your disc. As mentioned before a Mod chip basically prevents it from checking to see if those bad blocks are there. Tell me about it. I'll play this nice little rhythm, then think "Okay, let's expand on this". So I noodle around for a few minutes, get some other ideas to incorporate, and lo and behold the original rhythm has escaped my brain completely. After I finish saving up for that Replifex, I'm definitely buying a four track (no mean feat considering before this week I was unemployed for over a month). I'd probably have a whole album's worth of material by now if I had any short term memory. Of course, that album would never see the light of day... Okay, all you computer people out there, I have a question for you. I'm making this database for a guy's company in Access97, which is no sweat. But he wants the capability to have people enter the information for the survey (that's what the dbase is: a survey) via the Internet. I'm no genius when it comes to this stuff, so I was hoping one of you educated folks could help me out. I know you can post form and query results to the Net from Access, but is there a way to submit info over the Net using Access? If not, what dbase or SQL programs can do this kind of thing? Any assistance would be appreciated, via private e-mail of course. :) Andrew ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 9 Sep 1998 20:23:06 -0700 From: James Thorpe To: Subject: Paul Gilbert New CD Message-ID: <007701bddc6a$5773e8a0$59a4d6d0@multimedia> Hey Everyone: Just wanted to pass along some Paul Gilbert info.
