I have an idea for whoever is interested. I have the first third or so of that jazzy guitar outro from TLF on the LiT video figured out. The only problem is... I play the ol' keyboard, and I find it awfully tough to figure out the blazingly fast stuff on it. If someone wants to do a joint job on this thing, I'll be perfectly willing (and overjoyed) to do a trade of information with you. Also, to whoever has the Sundance Bayshore bootleg (the all-instrumental one), I'd absolutely KILL to know how to play that INCREDIBLE piano solo in the middle of Ytsejam. Of course I went in, day one, with the mentality that perhaps I could make a ytsejam t-shirt - not to compete with Pat's but firstly because I want another dream theater shirt and secondly I think a lot of peole might like one based on the new look. sooooo, I've been working on some designs. I will be posting these to my web page, more info on that later. Essentially, this will be a simpler shirt because our equipment is not high end. It will be a good deal because I will be doing this in my spare time with equipment that I don't have to pay to use. Basically it will be the cost of the shirt and postage, but don't hold me to anything because I haven't workedit all out yet. So if ya'll could gimme input on your thoughts here, why, I'd dig that! Princess Di's recent death comes convenientlu as an example of people that enjoy some privacy and what lengths they might go to maintain it. Over the next few weeks, from quotes made by Jammers that had talked to him, it begane to appear that James was a bit bugged by the fact that we had so much info on the band and were trading it freely. I could be far off the mark, but it may be that he feels that some people have gone across the line dividing what he thinks should be public knowledge and what should be proprietary to the band or his own private life.
