Even though we did not get a full tour, we must remember that both LATM and 'Ronnie Scotts' were in the UK. Fanzine readers were able to get FREE tickets for Ronnie Scotts. Also remember that Europe is not so far away. I went there twice this year to see Dream Theater, driving back immediately both from the Ghent(att. 1500) and Saarbruecken (1500) shows, getting to see them 3 times. It is not too expensive if you take night time ferries. I think that AWAKE did not sell well enough in the UK for the promoters to guarantee DT sufficient financial returns for a UK tour. I looked over and she was gone. Then when they did Mary, it came to me. The screens showed video of this woman singing the duet with Jeff. It was obviously live video and she was singing. It was most certainly Mary. I read an interview with Scott about this much later and in that interview he confirmed that it was indeed Mary. She toured with the band. Her real name was mentioned but I don't remember what it was. So Jeff's voice wasn't pitch altered. It was a real woman. Yes, Kevin is working w/Mark Zonder of Fates Warning on his new demos and they have three songs completed so far. No, Kevin has not joined Fates Warning, Mark is just playing drums on his demos to give them a more professional sound. :) (I knew you were going to ask that question. :) Yes, Kevin sings all the lead vocals on his demos, and is playing bass/keys as well.
